    I am in love with an item ,but it is out of stock on site ,what should I do and how often do you restock ?

     

    Cesila launches each collection by different themes and styles. We get new special items frequently ,restock our most popular items very fast . You can be notified by email by join our VIP email list(scroll down to the bottom of home page and leave your email),Or follow us on Instagram or Facebook.

     

    What payment methods do you accept ?

    Cesila offers a variety of payment options .We accept Visa ,MasterCard ,Discover and American Express cards . We also take PayPal .

     

    I placed an order ,but never received a confirmation email.

    If you do not receive an email from Cesila within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your spam folder ,the email address on file is most likely incorrect .Please contact our aftersales service via email to update your order.

     

    How do I change or cancel my order ?

    Please make sure you email our aftersales service as fast as you can .All the orders that has already been shipped out is unable to change or cancel .However you can return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy .If we sent out your package and your items are returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address ,we will refund you by minus the shipping fee.

     

    I purchased a “Pre-Ordered” item ,what does that mean ?

    You purchased one of our newest items ! It is not available to ship yet ,and will ship around the approximated date shown on the listing .Please be aware that dates are approximated and are subject to change .   

     

    Do you charge any tax in orders ?

    Nope ,we do not add any tax in the price . So if any taxes occurred ,such as sales tax ,customs tax etc ,it all should be on customer’s cost .

    How long after I place my order will it ship ?

    Orders usually take 2-4 working days before shipped out and are shipped Monday through Friday ,excluding weekends and holidays .  

     

    What company do you use to ship packages?

    We offer usps priority mail ,both domestic and internationally .Our express shipping is processed with FeDex and DHL .  

     

    Where do you ship from ?

    We Cesila office located in China , worked with different shipping agency ,and have three warehouses that ship from US ,CA and China ,so it depends .  

     

    How Long does shipping to US and internationally take ?

    For Us shipping : Ship from our US warehouse: takes 2-7 working days to delivery.

                                   Ship from our Chinese warehouse: takes 10-20 working days to delivery.

    For other countries shipping : usually takes 10-25 working days by usps.

    For express shipping ,takes 3-7 days to delivery .

    Please note shipping time may be effected by bad weather ,holidays and customs inspection ,which is out of our control .   

     

    Do you refund shipping fees ?

    Shipping fees are non-refundable .

     

    My tracking info shows my package was delivered ,but I never received it .

    Cesila provides customers with the tracking number to track package . If tracking information states that your item has been delivered but you have not received it ,you must contact your local post office and discuss the issue with them ,or call them 1(800)222-1811 for assistance .

    Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family ,roommates etc. in case they received it on your behalf .The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you ,but Cesila does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen . Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.

     

    Can I send part of my order to a different address ?

    We only ship to the shipping address provided at checkout and cannot ship to multiple addresses. Please consider placing multiple orders should you want your items shipped to various locations .

     

    My package is being returned to you due to incorrect address .Do I have to pay for shipping again ?

    If a package is returned due to incorrect/undeliverable address ,we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to pay the re-shipping cost before we send it out again . If buyer does not respond within 7 business days or refuses to pay additional shipping costs ,the order will be refunded by minus the original shipping fee .

     

    >>Exchanges & Returns

    What is your returns process ?

    Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags in order for your return to be approved . Email aftersales@cesila.store for more information. Please note that once your item has been received ,you have 30 days to be eligible for a return or exchange .Items older than 30 days will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

     

    I need to send in a return ,do I have to pay for it ? How long will it take to be processed ?

    To expedite your return/exchange ,please clearly write a note in the packing slip what you are returning/exchanging and why . Please remember the customer is always responsible for shipping costs and refunds will not be made until Cesila has processed your item . Please allow us 2-3 business days for inspection, sorting and a refund to appear in your account .

     

    I purchased a Sale item and I don’t love it ,can I return or exchange it ?

    We are so sorry ,but all Cesila’s Sales item are not eligible for returns ,size exchange or refunds .

     

    My item is damaged , what do I do ?

    Though our products are inspected for quality assurance ,it is possible to receive a damaged item .For this reason it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them .Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your item or your order .We cannot honor changes outside of our time frames stated within our policies.  

     

    I got my order ,but an item is missing or not what I ordered ,what do I do ?

    Once you receive your order ,thoroughly check your delivered items immediately .If you believe an item is missing or not part of your order ,you must contact our aftersales@cesila.store within two days of receipt .

     

    I purchased an order that contained a gift with purchase ,do I need to send it back with my return ?

    Yes please ! Or if you would prefer to keep the item instead of sending it back with your return ,we can deduct the cost of the item from your return refund .Please note that an item returned without the gift with purchase will have the gift cost automatically deducted from your account .
